The opening remarks will be delivered by Amb Bhaswati Mukherjee, President, India Habitat Centre, followed by a panel discussion between the author; M. Ramachandran, Former Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India & Chief Secretary, Uttarakhand, and Chairperson, IDFC Foundation; and Jagan Shah, CEO, The Infravision Foundation, Senior Expert at Artha Global, Member, Board of Trustees in Clean Air Asia India, and Former Director, National Institute of Urban Affairs.
