Anuradha De is Director of Collaborative Research and Dissemination (CORD), New Delhi, a not-for-profit research organisation, which was set up in 2003. She is an economist by training and has been involved in field-based research on issues related to education for more than 25years. She was a part of the research team which brought out the Public Report on Basic Education in India (PROBE) and PROBE Revisited. Her other areas of research interest include education policy, education finance, use of technology in governance, government welfare schemes, health and nutrition.
