Rajasekhar is a Fellow with CSEP.  He has worked extensively in the power sector in the areas of designing policy and regulatory interventions and their impact assessment. His research interests include renewable energy, regulatory reforms, electricity markets and electricity access. Previously, he was Advisor at Forum of Regulators, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), and Joint Secretary at Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC).  He received his Masters in Infrastructure Management from TERI University, New Delhi.
