Shagun is a Research Analyst in the President’s Office at CSEP. She is a development professional driven by a commitment to advancing gender equity and inclusive growth through evidence-based policy and research.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School, specialising in International Development, and is a trained lawyer. Her experience spans the United Nations system, international nonprofits, and academic institutions, where she has contributed to initiatives focused on sustainable development and peace.
