Shalabh Srivastava has spent over 24 years in management consulting sector. Before joining CSEP, Shalabh was the Senior Country Director of Research Triangle Institute (RTI International) in India, where he led the Indian subsidiary of the US-based research institute across energy, health, water, sanitation, urban and survey research sectors. Earlier, he worked at Accenture where he led its management consulting in power and utilities sector in India, servicing clients across public sector, private sector and PPP across generation, distribution and renewables – using technology to improve processes and turn around organisational performance.

Shalabh’s areas of specialisation include power & utilities, clean energy and climate change, strategy, operations, organisation development, business process re-engineering, public services reforms and restructuring, privatisation and Public Private Partnership, innovation & translation – using technology as a strategic tool for reforms, improving governance & performance as well as revamping operations for superior efficiency.

Shalabh Srivastava holds degree in B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur and MBA from IIM Lucknow.
