Brookings India hosted an expert roundtable with Tan-Sun Chen, Chairman of The Prospect Foundation. Chen previously served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, legislator of the Legislative Yuan (Parliament) and was the Secretary General in the Presidential Office and National Security Council of Taiwan. The discussion was under the Chatham House Rule.
