The Centre for Social & Economic Progress (CSEP) is hiring interns on a rolling basis for the Energy and Sustainability vertical. The vertical is headed by Dr. Rahul Tongia, Senior Fellow.

The interns are required to assist scholars with research and administrative tasks related to our ongoing research projects. This would involve:

Requirements:

• Assisting with research and data analysis on select topics under the research programme
• Compiling, planning and executing various logistical elements of ongoing research projects
• Helping with database management: updating and cleaning mailing lists and event databases
• Specific research and analysis for selected studies
• General and supporting research for multiple studies

It is an excellent opportunity for interns to:

• Develop skills in research methodology and data analysis
• Assist in conducting policy-oriented research and devise policy recommendations
• Attend CSEP events and network with experts in the field
• Interact with other senior researchers at CSEP to learn about inter-disciplinary research

Qualification and Desirable Skills:

• Enrolled in or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in liberal arts /engineering/economics/statistics or related programmes
• General understanding of research and data analysis with exemplary writing skills
