Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a thought partner to the lead researcher throughout the lifecycle of a research paper.
- Independently undertake primary and secondary research on assigned questions, with minimal guidance.
- Produce clear, concise, and well-structured written outputs.
- Contribute to institutional activities at CSEP, including seminars, brown-bag sessions, and related initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated interest in policy research; only candidates with a clear commitment to this field should apply.
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Economics, with up to two years of relevant work experience.
- Strong learning agility, with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new skills—such as working with unit-level datasets (e.g., NSSO) and using GIS/QGIS platforms.
