Brookings India is hosting an expert roundtable on “Healthcare & Big Data” in collaboration with the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), National University of Singapore.

The roundtable will focus on the importance of big data analytics for managing large datasets such as those generated in health and on the efforts made by other countries especially Singapore in this regard. The discussion will extend to how national governments and ecosystems adopt measures to ensure safety of data, the protocols for managing data breaches and the implications of policies such as data localisation.

The discussion will be under the Chatham House Rule.
