Himanshu is a Consultant at CSEP, where his work focuses on international trade. His research interests include free trade agreements, non-tariff measures, global value chains, regional integration, and trade law, with a broader emphasis on multilateralism, the evolving global order, geoeconomics, and the implications of global uncertainty for the Global South. He has authored several research papers and policy-oriented op-eds.

He is also an advanced-stage PhD scholar at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai.
