Astha Chourasiya is a Project Assistant at CSEP in the Growth, Finance, Health & Human Development research vertical. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, and a Bachelor of Science from Jabalpur University. She has further strengthened her analytical skills through certifications in Data Analytics and Data Visualization.

She has over two years of experience across research and corporate roles. She has worked with organisations such as Sambodhi Research & Communication Centre, Noida, and the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy, Delhi, where she contributed to field surveys, stakeholder coordination, data collection, data management, and preparation of research insights and documentation. Her key areas of interest include policy research, education and social sector development, and data analytics. She is motivated to contribute to organisational growth by applying strong analytical thinking, collaborative working practices, and a continuous learning mindset.
