Kulkeerat is a Research Analyst in the Growth, Finance and Development vertical. Her work centres on trade, industrial policy, and economic research, with a focus on analysing import protection trends and curating complex trade datasets to support evidence-based policy outputs.

Prior to joining CSEP, she worked at the Bharati Institute of Public Policy (BIPP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), where she contributed to data-driven policy research spanning public economics and governance.

She holds an MSc in Economics with a specialisation in International Business Economics and Finance from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.

Her research interests lie in trade policy, public finance, and economic governance, with a strong commitment to rigorous analysis at the interface of trade, industry, and development.
