Democracy and Health in India| Is Health an Electoral Priority?

While one may think that voters do not focus on health as an issue when making political choices, the findings of the report indicate otherwise. There is a latent public demand for government prioritization of healthcare and some evidence suggests that those who mark improvement in health services are more likely to vote for the party in power than those who see no improvement.
