Shifali Goyal is a Research Analyst in the Energy, Natural Resources and Sustainability domain at CSEP. She holds masters in Economics from Centre for Economic Studies and Planning (CESP), JNU and is pursuing PhD in Economics from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

Prior to joining CSEP, she worked as a Young Professional for the G20 Division at the Department of Commerce. She has also worked as Research Associate at IIFT, New Delhi and as Consultant at CBGA.  Her research interests include Trade and Environment, International Trade, Environment Economics and Development Economics.
